Dan & Sarah Cook

Dan is vicar of Grace Church, a recent church plant part of the Antioch Network, in the Greater Manchester area. He is married to Sarah and their sons are Micah, Ezra, and Zachary.

At Grace Church, Dan & Sarah are sharing the gospel and raising up local leaders on Brooklands estate, an area of high social need. Their church is growing and now 40-50 people meet together on a Sunday. They love where they live and want to see the people there released from poverty, addiction, abusive relationships, and hopelessness, instead finding hope and fullness of life in Jesus.

    • the church is holding a mission week this week with street evangelism, gardening, litter picking, and youth work

    • they’ve been having loads of encouraging conversations on the streets, with people eager to take Bibles

    • most people they’ve been reaching out to in the last 6 months came to church on Sunday

    • they held baptisms in Oldham town centre

    • new Cantonese church launched, and someone came to faith on the second Sunday

    • Dan & Sarah’s three boys have been taking part in the worship & AV at church

    • Antioch Network appointed Greg Sharples as clergy lead, and he’ll be license on 11 May
